Who I Am
Emerging from child, to teen, is a much-anticipated milestone in everyone’s life. But, do you remember how hard that time in life can be? There’s an inward struggle of trying to find (and make peace with) one’s self. I created the WHO I AM, Topeka tween photography, sessions to celebrate this time in life.
Why make life harder than it needs to be? Let’s take one step forward – towards independence, towards goals, towards maturity, towards empowerment. Let’s encourage our tweens to be who they are and embrace that! I think positive self-image builds confidence, which lends itself to empowerment and independence. Being confident allows us to go boldly. The WHO I AM session not only promotes positive self-image with gorgeous photographs, capturing the personality and natural beauty of each tween…it does a little more.
WHO I AM – Topeka tween photography sessions include a special keepsake highlights-reel complete with encouraging messages from parents, coaches, teachers, and other important influences in your tween’s life. It’s something your tween can watch over and over again when she needs a push of encouragement or simply a smile. She can revisit the fruit of this session with joy and empowerment – knowing she’s surrounded by people who care, believe in her and want to see her do her best.
During our Reveal Night, I’ll come to you with your tween’s special collection and WHO I AM presentation. We will sit in awe of your wonderfully unique tween and study the finished photographs together. I can help you pick a dynamic selection of photographs that will work well in your home. I am also happy to advise you on sizing for your space, wall placement, and variety. Are you ready to help your tween catch this vote of confidence? I can’t wait to meet her and help in the process.

Tween Session Investment
WHO I AM: This package is for tweens, ages 10-12. It includes a pre-session consultation and around an hour of on-location photography with a very special presentation on Reveal Night. Tweens may also include one wardrobe change during the session. This session is designed to be FUN and encourage uniqueness, independence, positive self-image, and empowerment during these difficult (and sometimes forgotten years).
Creative Fee Investment $90
A note on pricing: The creative fee investment covers my time and talent as a photographer working to create custom art for you. As your professional photographer – I will work with to get to know you; shoot the session; and then spend hours in post-processing picking the very best photos for your collection. I hand-edit each photograph in the collection to achieve the most natural and beautiful finished product possible. The creative fee does not include any prints or digitals.
